The short version
Some links on Trinket Trove and in The Trove magazine are affiliate links. If you buy through one, I may earn a commission. It costs you nothing extra, and it is how this curation stays free.
No brand pays for placement. No brand reviews or approves what I write before it is published. If a product stops meeting the standard, it leaves the trove — commission or not.
How we choose the premium pieces
The standard
Every tool, supplement, and teacher featured here is held to four questions:
- Is there research behind it? Peer-reviewed evidence on the modality, and ideally on the product itself. Where the evidence is early, I say so.
- Is it built to last? Quality of materials, manufacturing, third-party testing, and the company standing behind it.
- Would I use it myself? I tell you plainly which pieces I have reviewed and which are still on my radar.
- Would I give it to a woman I love? The final filter, and the one that removes the most.
What I will not feature
Products that rely on fear, urgency, or claims the evidence does not support. "Research use only" compounds. Anything that promises to cure, treat, or prevent disease.
Not medical advice
Everything here is educational. I am not your physician. Statements about supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and these products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Speak with your clinician before beginning any new protocol — especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition.
